APPENDIX A - NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMMITTEE SYSTEM

  1. a. Past Presidents Council consisting of past National and Region Presidents willing to serve and continue to provide their assistance to the National Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
  2. b. Nominating Committee which will include the Immediate Past President and charged with developing a slate of candidates during the year that elections are to be held (every two years).
  3. c. To be revised and provided at a later date.
