Representatives of the United States Army Warrant Officers Association, whether elected officials, paid employees and consultants, or other agents of the Association, are guardians of the reputation as well as property of the Association and play vital roles in its preservation and progress. The fulfillment of these roles requires an understanding of their relationship with the Association, its membership, and those with whom the Association engages in professional business, social, community, governmental, and other meaningful activities. A subsequent obligation for all acting for and on behalf of the Association is to maintain and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
