USAWOA shall use its funds only to accomplish the objectives specified in the Articles of Incorporation and these Bylaws. Any dissolution must be accomplished in accordance with the requirements of law in existence at the time of and during dissolution. If it becomes necessary to cause the dissolution of USAWOA, any funds remaining shall be transferred to the USAWOASF Scholarship Fund if one exists at that time and can sustain itself after USAWOA dissolves. Or, transfer of funds may be made to one or more other regularly organized and qualified charitable, educational or philanthropic organizations, to be selected by the National BOD at the time of dissolution.
