The Executive Committee shall consist of the National President, the National Vice President, the National Secretary, the National Treasurer, and the Executive Director. One other “member in good standing” appointed by the National President may be selected to serve as a member. All EXCOM members must reside within 300 miles of the National Headquarters. It shall be the function of the EXCOM to conduct the day-to-day operations of the Association.
Each member of the Executive Committee shall continue to serve until his or her successor is elected or appointed or such member is removed from the committee.
