SECTION 6. CHAPTER LONGEVITY AWARDS:

Awards in this group are to recognize the outstanding longevity as Chapters in good standing for service to the United States Army, the United States Army Warrant Officer cohort, the United States Army Warrant Officers Association and the surrounding Military/Civilian community.

Chapter Longevity Awards
ELIGIBILITY: Any chapter or auxiliary the remains active as defined in the USAWOA bylaws.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES: Automatic nomination by the Awards Committee for those qualified
PRESENTED FOR: Continuous service to the surrounding military community
TYPE OF AWARD: Streamer
APPROVING AUTHORITY: Member Services administrator A Streamer annotated in 5-year increments.

Chapter “Silver” Status
ELIGIBILITY: Any Chapter that attains 25 consecutive years of active service to USAWOA.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES: Automatic nomination by the Awards Committee for those qualified
PRESENTED FOR: Continuous service to the USAWOA
TYPE OF AWARD: Streamer
APPROVING AUTHORITY: BOD
